Present :-  Complainant in person.

            Mr. Prakash Chaudhary, Director of OP.

 

Both parties state that the dispute between the parties has been settled for an amount of Rs. 7,500/- has been paid to the complainant as full and final settlement of the claim. Complainant admitted that he received the settlement amount. Therefore the matter may be disposed off as settled.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
