None appeared for the respondents even after service.

          Petitioner has moved applications for restoration of revision petitions.

          Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

          Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he could not reach to this Commission in time on 08-08-2014 and revision petitions were dismissed in default.  He further submitted that someone put car in front of his car so he could not appear before this Commission on time.  He moved restoration applications just after three days.  In such circumstances M.A. No. 357/2014, 358/2014, 359/2014 & 360/2014 filed by the petitioner are allowed for the reasons mentioned in the application and order dated 08-08-2014 passed by this Commission in Revision Petitions No. 2591/2013, 3034/2014, 3035/2014 & 3036/2014 are recalled and revision petitions are restored at their original number.

          Notice be issued to the respondents in all the revision petitions for final hearing at admission stage, returnable on 05-03-2015.
