Present: Sh. J.S.Sodhi, Advocate, counsel for complainant.

 

                     Today the case was fixed for appearance of OPs and for filing of written statement etc. but the learned counsel for the complainant made a statement recorded separately that the matter has been compromised between the parties and nothing remains due towards the OPs and he wants to withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied.

                          In view of the aforesaid statement made by counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
