                   Today, case is fixed for consideration on application for dismissal of the complaint. At this stage Sh.Shiv Sharma, Adv. for complainant has suffered a statement that the present complaint does not fall under the jurisdiction of this Forum, as such he withdraws the present complaint with permission to file fresh complaint before the Hon’ble State Commission, Punjab, Chandigarh.

                   In view of statement suffered by Ld. counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint before the Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Punjab, Chandigarh. Documents be returned. File be consigned to record room.
