2.              None was present for the appellant on 12.10.2015, 26.11.2015, 08.01.2016, 18.03.2016 and 17.06.2016.  SPCs were issued to appellant to remain present on number of occasions but none is present today. This shows that the appellant is not interested in pursuing this appeal. However, we have considered the appeal on merits.

3.      We have gone through the record and order passed by the District Forum.  The conclusion drawn by the Forum is transparent, genuine and similar to the facts of the case.  The Forum has rightly dismissed the complaint time barred.  No application under Section 24(A) has been filed for condonation of delay.  We do not find any

infirmity in the order passed by the District Forum.  The appeal is therefore dismissed summarily at the admission stage having no merits at all.
