ORDER

 

As per record, appearance of Complainant is very erratic barring one or two appearances. He did not appear since 2020 on those dates also some proxy was appeared. It seems that Complainant is not interested.  Commission is not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
