               Complainant filed this case for resale of his property and for that purpose he paid an advance of Rs.10,000/- to the o.p. The o.p. did not make any arrangement for resale of his property and accordingly the amount paid by the complainant was not returned by the o.p. for which the complainant filed this case.

                The complainant in order to prove that he paid the money filed some documents for resale of his property. It is found from the materials on record that transaction relating to resale of property cannot come within the purview of the Consumer Protection Act and as such we hold that the case is not maintainable and the same is dismissed accordingly.
