Today, the opposite party No. 1 has made the following statement:-

“Stated that the opposite party is ready to give motorcycle bearing registration No. PB38-D-9512 bearing Chassis No. MBLHAW111LHGB5428 to the complainant and complainant will return the motorcycle in question. I also offer Rs. 10,000/- to the complainant as compensation and litigation expenses in this case. I also hereby giving undertaking that I will provide all documents i.e. Registration Certificate of motorcycle No. PB38-D-9512 and other documents for transferring the same in the name of complainant within one month from today.”

          On this, the complainant has made the following statement:-

“Stated that I have heard the statement of opposite party and I accepted the offer given by the opposite party and the complainant is ready to receive motorcycle bearing registration No. PB38-D-9512 bearing Chassis No. MBLHAW111LHGB5428 from the opposite party and I will return the motorcycle in question to the opposite party. Today, I have received Rs.10,000/- cash from the opposite party as compensation and litigation expenses in this case. I do not want to pursue the present execution further and same may be dismissed as withdrawn.”

          In view of ibid statements the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. The parties are directed to remain bound by their respective statements. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
