Present complainant in person and AR on behalf of OP and filed compromisewhich has been attested by this Forum. Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1,OP haspaid an amount of Rs.28,500/- to the complainant as against full & final settlement and the complainant has returned the disputed product to the AR of OP. Complainant is satisfied and stated that no other grievance is left.

In view of settlement between the parties, the case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
