ORDER

20.04.2022.

:ORDER:

BY SRI. RAVISHANKAR, JUDICIAL MEMBER.

This appeal is filed by the appellant/complainant way back in the year 2011 being aggrieved by the order dated:09/11/2011 passed by Bangalore Urban I Addl. District Consumer Commission, wherein the District Commission dismissed the complaint filed by the complainant.

2.         Case called twice.  Appellant is not present.  No representation on the side of appellant.  On perusal of the order-sheet it is seen that in spite of sufficient opportunities given to the appellant to address the arguments, he did not turn up to address the arguments.  It seems he is not interested in continuing his case.  Mere filing of memorandum of appeal is not sufficient to hold the appeal in the absence of any arguments and convincement by the appellant. As such the appeal is liable to be dismissed.  Accordingly, it is dismissed.

Forward copy of this order to both parties as well as District Commission.

Lady Member.                                                                      Judicial Member.
