ORDER

SRI.VIJU.V.R: MEMBER

This is a complaint filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 and the matter stood over to this date for consideration. After hearing the matter the commission passed an order as follows:

This is a complaint filed by the complaint against the opposite party alleging deficiency in service.  After admitting the complaint notice was issued to opposite parties.  After accepting the notice the opposite parties failed to appear before this Commission.  Hence on 08/04/2022 the opposite parties was declared ex parte and posted for the purpose of filing affidavit of complainant.  As the complainant was continuously absent a notice was issued to complainant to appear before this Commission today to file proof affidavit.  After accepting the notice the complainant filed memo seeking permission to not press the complaint.  Allowed.  In the above circumstances we find that the complaint is not interested to further proceed with this complaint.

In the result complaint is dismissed as not pressed.  There will be no order as to cost.

A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.

Dictated to the Confidential Assistant, transcribed by her, corrected by me and pronounced in the Open Court, this the 20th  day of July,  2022.
