Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The complainant has stated that he settled the complaint with M/s. Intex Technolgoies (I) Ltd. (OP) as OP has delivered the mobile in question, to him as full and final settlement.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
