Called. Complainant and complainant counsel present. OP in person. As undertaken by OP1 on previous date of hearing the OP1 brought new version of mobile set in question. In the presence of complainant box was opened and all accessories were observed by complainant & he satisfied with the compliance by OP1. Accordingly complainant taken possession of mobile set & all accessories and expressed his satisfaction. In this juncture complaint is closed as claim of the complainant is fully satisfied. Parties to bear their own costs. Since OP1 has delivered new improved version of mobile set, no order is passed with regard to cost.
