ORDER

     Counsel for OP No.1 & 2 has handed over a cheque of Rs.7,000/- to the authorized representative of complainant today. The authorized representative of complainant has made statement, recorded separately, that she has received a cheque of Rs.7,000/- bearing cheque No.116658, dated 14.11.2016 in favour of complainant from counsel for OP No.1 & 2 today towards full and final settlement of this complaint and the complainant does not want to pursue this complaint further and hence this complaint be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied, subject to realization of cheque. In view of the said statement made by authorized representative of complainant, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied, subject to realization of aforesaid cheque.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
