Sh.Nadeem Akhtar, Prop. of Service Centre Intex on behalf of OPs.
Sh. Nadeem Akhtar made a statement that compromise has been effected with the complainant and according to compromise they are ready to pay a sum of Rs. 3500/- to the complainant within a period of 15 days subject to deposition of old mobile set alongwith accessories.
On the other hand, counsel for the complainant made a statement that in view of statement made by the representative of OPs he does not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraw the same.
In view of the statements of both the parties, the present complaint of the complainant is hereby partly allowed in terms of compromise between the parties. The OPs No.1 & 2 are directed to pay a sum of Rs. 3500/- as full and final payment within a period of 15 days failing which complainant is entitled to invoke the jurisdiction of this Forum as per law. Parties are bound by their statements recorded in the Forum. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
