Counsel for complainant has tendered a statement that the Ops have replaced the defective mobile set of complainant with new one bearing Model Intex Aqua I-15 & IMIE No.911361750085882 and thus grievance of complainant has been redressed, so he does not want to pursue further with the present complaint and withdraws the same.                                               

                        In view of the statement of counsel for complainant,  present complaint is disposed of  being fully satisfied. Copies of this order be sent to concerned, as per rules.  File after due compliance be consigned to record room.
