Both parties present. Complainant filed memo stating that he received new mobile phone with sealed box (Which was opened in the Forum found a new mobile with accessories) and also a check for Rs.2,000/- bearing No. 119538, Dt: 16.04.2018 and requested  the Forum to dismiss the case. Memo allowed. Case is dismissed as settled out of the Forum. No Costs.
