ORDER:

                   File taken up in Lok Adalat. Representative for opposite parties no.1 and 2 had made statement that the amount of the bill for which the complainant had purchased the mobile i.e. Rs.7440/- would be returned to the complainant within four weeks. 

                   In view of such statement, the complainant made statement for withdrawal of the complaint.

                   In view of the settlement between the parties, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the parties shall remain bound to their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
