          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           Mr. Dinesh Singh AR for OP-2 has been authorised to settle the complaint with the complainant and have paid Rs.7,500/- to the complainant as full and final settlement.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands settled.
