Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.  Shri Ranjeet Singh, complainant, settled the complaint with OP for an amount of Rs. 12,200/-, as full and final settlement.  Company will pay the amount within a period of 45 days.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
