ORDER

          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           Shri Rajesh Sharma, Counsel for the complainant has been authorised to settle the complaint.  Complainant have received the entire amount of Rs.28.707/- (Rs. 20,000/- vide cheque no. 120576 dated 10.09.2018 and Rs. 8,707/- vide cheque no. 001662 dated 12.11.2018) from OP, as full and final settlement.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
