Perusal of the record shows that complainant was appeared lastly on 08.01.2020. Thereafter he did not appeared on 28.12.2020, 27.01.2022, 30.08.22 and finally today. It seems that complainant is not interested in pursuing the matter. Hence, the case is dismissed for non-appearance and  non-prosecution.
