C/R is put up on prayer of the JDR P. K. Gupta. He filed petition praying for recalling WA against him. Both the JDR and the DHR namely P. K. Gupta and Somdatta Das are present. Heard the Ld. Advocate on behalf of the JDR. On asking the DHR Smt. Somdatta Das admitted in the open Ejlash that the instant execution case has been settled up amicably between the parties outside the court with an amount of Rs. 3,50,000/-. Heard her on perusal of the CR it is appeared to us that an amount of Rs. 1,11,000/- has already been deposited by the JDR in the office of this forum. Today a Demand Draft being no. 002324 dated. 12-12-2019 amounting of Rs. 2,39,000/- issued in the name of DHR Somdatta Das drawn on HDFC Bank is filed. It is handed over to the DHR Somdatta Das in the open Ejlash. A receipt of payment to that effect is filed. Let it be kept to the record. Thus, the instant petition is considered and allowed W/A issued against the JDR Mr. P. K. Gupta is hereby recalled. Thus, the instant execution case is disposed of with full satisfaction.

CR needs not be produced on 28-02-2020.

Let copy of this order be handed over to the JDR for the purpose of intimating the concerned PS for their compliance with.
