1. A brief statement of facts of this complaint is as stated below:

The complainant had enrolled for an online course “Splunk Architect Masters Training and Certification” Intellipaat Software Solutions Pvt.Ltd on April 9, 2023 by remitting a fee of Rs.22,000/-.  The Splunk  Weekend training classes started on April 30 2020 and came to end by July 2, 2023.  The opposite party had promised to provide online classes for all the courses along with the valid Certification Exam Dumps and had mislead the complainant by stating that the Intellipaat is the authorized training partner for Splunk and they do provide all the required valid certification dumps.

The complainant had already completed the Splunk Administration and Development module and the Intellipaat had refused to provide classes for SIEM Security course.  The opposite party is also unwilling to share any examination dumps citing institutional policy as the reason.

The complainant had sent a mail to the opposite party on 05.07.2023 requesting for the online classes on SIEM modules and also the valid exam certification dumps which they had assured to provide.  The complainant had received the response from the opposite party on the same day that “The Splunk SIEM is a self-paced module and the contents are uploaded to the LMS account accordingly.  We cannot provide exam dumps or any materials that are not aligned with our philosophy of education”.

The complainant had tried to reach out to the Intellipaat Support POC Mr.Anand Krishnan R over the phone multiple times and the calls were unanswered.  Later, the complainant had spoken to the Intellipaat Support POC Victor and got the same response as what they have mentioned in the email. 

The complainant states that the act of the opposite party is deficiency in service from their part and due to the deficiency in service from their part the complainant had sustained severe mental agony, financial losses and hardships and hence the opposite party is liable to compensate the complainant.  The complainant also states that he had undergone through many hardships which led to a great loss to his career growth by delaying the complainant from appearing for the examination and achieving the certification for which the opposite party is entitled to refund the amount in full.  Hence the complaint.

2. Notice

Notice was issued to the opposite party from this Commission on 23.09.2023.

The notice sent to the complainant returned as ‘Left’ and the case is adjourned to 16.01.2024 for furnishing the fresh address of the opposite party.

On 16.01.2024, the complainant was absent and no representations from his side.  The case was again posted to 16.04.2024 for furnishing the fresh address of the opposite party.

On 16.04.2024 also the complainant was absent.  The complainant has not furnished the fresh address of the opposite party and case was adjourned to 15.07.2024 for taking fresh steps against the opposite party.

On 15.07.2024 also the complainant was absent.  No steps taken by the complainant to issue notice to the opposite party.

     Hence the complainant is informed over his phone No.8197888552 on 20.07.2024 and the case again adjourned to 14.10.2024.

     On 14.10.2024 also the complainant was absent and has not furnished the fresh address of the opposite party.  There is no merit in proceeding the case further and hence the complaint is found liable to be dismissed and is accordingly dismissed.
