1. This complaint is filed under section 35 of Consumer Protection Act 2019 and stood over to this date for consideration and this Commission passed the following order.

2.       This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties. After admitting the complaint notice was issued to the opposite parties. The opposite parties entered appearance through counsel and sought time for filing version and this case was adjourned to 25/01/2023 for filing version of the opposite parties. Meanwhile on 07/01/2023 the complainant’s counsel filed a memo stating that the complainant is not willing to further proceed with this complaint. To consider the memo fled by the counsel appearing for the complainant, the case was suomoto advanced from 25/01/2023 to this date and the said memo was accepted and recorded. In view of the memo filed by the counsel appearing for the complainant, we find that this is a fit case to be dismissed as not pressed.

          In the result, complaint is dismissed as not pressed. There will be no order as to costs.

            A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
