In pursuance of notice issued to both the parties the learned counsel for the parties appeared before this Commission for disposal of the case in terms of compromise before the DISTRICT LOK ADALAT today.

            It is agreed by the parties that the OP is to pay an amount of Rs.1,60,000.00(Rupees One Lakh Sixty thousand) only to the complainant through cheque within 3(three) months of passing of the order and the complainant should receive the same towards full and final settlement office claim in the present case.

            The case is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid settlement between the parties.
