               Keeping in view the even dated separate statement suffered by the counsel for the petitioner, the present complaint is liable to be treated as fully satisfied and in terms of order dated 6.8.2019, warrant of attachment issued against the opponent is hereby cancelled and property of the opponent mentioned in the order dated 6.8.2019 is hereby ordered to be released from attachment. Necessary intimation be sent to the authority concerned. File be consigned to the records.
