ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. Thsi complaint is allowed in part. The complainant is held entitled to the amount of Rs.700/- that is athe amount of Rs.690/- as course fee and Rs.10/- as the Banker's commission and Rs.500/- as compensation for the mental and physical agony that the complainant has undergone together with Rs.300/- towards the costs of this proceedings. The respondent shall pay the amount of Rs.1,500/- to the complainant inclusive of the costs of this proceedings within two months from the date of the receipt of the copy of this judgement and order apart from bearing his own costs. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both sides parties by R.P.A.D. immediately.
