          In the present complaint filed by the complainant, prayer of the complainant is to issue directions to the OP to refund the deposited fee amount of Rs. 75,000/- along with 18% interest along with other reliefs as prayed in the complaint.

          The address of the OP in the complaint has been given at 84F, C6 Lane, Central Avenue, Sainik Farm, Delhi – 110062.

          Complainant has filed his exparte evidence.

          We have heard the father of the complainant and have also carefully gone through the record.

          As per the documents filed by the complainant on the record, the OP has its New Delhi Campus at A-201, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-I, New Delhi and also in Defence Colony, New Delhi.  No document has been filed on the record which may even remotely show that the OP has any branch or campus in Sainik Farm, New Delhi.  Therefore, in our considered opinion, the complainant has intentionally given a false address of the OP in the complaint and has thus misled this Forum.

          For the above stated reasons, we dismiss the complaint on the above stated ground.

          Let a copy of this order be sent to the parties as per regulation 21 of the Consumer Protection Regulations.  Thereafter file be consigned to record room.
