Complainant and Opposite Party-2 filed compromise dated 23.05.2016 which has been attested by this Forum on the same date.  Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, OP-2 is ready to replace the old battery with new battery with 2 years warranty within a week. The complainant is satisfy and wants to withdraw the case.    

This order shall be complied with by OP-2 within a week failing which an additional interest of Rs. 10% per annum will be payable on whole above amount from the date of this order till payment to the complainant. Copy of this order be made available to the parties free of cost as per law and a copy be kept on separate file.  File be consigned to record room.
