JUDGMENT

                The  present dispute arises out of the complaint petition filed by the above named complainant alleging deficiency in service  against  afore mentioned O.Ps for non disbursement of retirement benefits.

            On being noticed the O.Ps filed  written version and  submitted that  after receipt of the notice from the forum  we have paid Rs.60,000/- to the complainant towards  exgratia gratuity  and Severance allowances. Further the O.Ps submitted that a retired GDS is not entitled to pension. 

            We find there is no deficiency  in service on the part of the O.Ps. The complainant is absent  on repeated  call.

            As the O.Ps paid the outstanding  retirement benefits  to the complainant,   we  feel it justifiable to  close the case.  Accordingly the case is closed.
