             The record is put up by petition.

             The Ld. Agent of the Complainant and the Complainant himself are present.

             The Complainant by presenting a petition prays for an order for withdrawal of the complaint on ground that the dispute relating to the substance of the complaint has meanwhile been settled between him and the O.P out of this Forum amicably and thereby he is no longer interested to proceed with the case.

           Having heard the Complainant and his Agent and as the matter in dispute as come to be concentrated in the complaint has been eliminated by settlement between the parties, we are real y satisfied to hold that it is a case which is allowed to be withdrawn.

Accordingly,

                   Ordered,

                      That the Complainant is allowed to withdraw from the complaint and then the complaint be and the same is disposed of being withdrawn.
