This case is fixed for 06.06.2023. However, File put up today on the application by complainant seeking permission for withdrawal of the complaint due to amicable settlement between the parties. Complainant has also suffered a statement that matter has been compromised with the ops and he has been satisfied, so he does not want to further pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same. In view of the statement of complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
