JUDGEMENT HON’BLE JUSTICE SRI. K. SURENDRA MOHAN : PRESIDENT This appeal is filed against an order dated 15.06.2022 of the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Palakkad in C.C.No.31/2021. Admittedly, the appellant before us is not a party in C.C.No.31/2021. The complaint of the counsel for the appellant is that, he was arrested in execution of the order against which this appeal is filed, assuming that he was the Proprietor of the Evergreen Plywoods. If that is true what the appellant should challenge is the said order in the Execution Petition. He cannot have any grievance against an order passed by the District Commission against the Proprietor of the Evergreen Plywoods since he is admittedly not the proprietor of the said concern. Therefore, we do not find any grounds to admit this appeal. When this is pointed out to the counsel, the counsel seeks permission to withdraw the appeal. Request is accepted. This appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Refund the amount of statutory deposit made at the time of filing this appeal to the counsel for the appellant on proper acknowledgement. JUSTICE K.
