Ld. advocate for both parties are present. It is prayed that premium amount of Rs. 28,000/- had already been deposited to the account of tghe complainant after Cancellation of the policy during fre look period and it was transfered to the account of the complainant on 17/12/2013 long prior to admission of this case which is admited by teh compl;ainant and so entire claimed amount is paid prior to admission of this case and so no question of granting any compensation to the complainant.

In the above premises the complaint is disposed of on ful satisfaction of claimed amount but no compensation is awarded.
