        This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties u/s 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to deduct a sum of Rs.1,000/- for the service rendered to the complainant and refund the balance sum of Rs.5,62,122/- together with interest at 12% from the date of debit of complainant’s account till the date of repayment and to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony, hardship and monetary loss suffered by the complainant due to the deficiency of service and unfair trade practice of the opposite parties with cost Rs.10,000/-
