             DATE OF DISPOSAL: 12.11.2016.

            The case is put up today before the 4^th National Lok Adalat i.e. on 12.11.2016. The complainant as well as the advocate for the O.P. are present before the Lok Adalat. Both parties decided to settle the case amicably. Accordingly the O.P. is agreed to return the entire premium amount within a period of two months to the complainant alongwith interest @ 6% per annum.  

            In the result, the Opposite Parties are directed to  refund the premium of Rs.1,11,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Eleven Thousand) only to the complainant alongwith interest @6% per annum from the date of receipt of the premium amount by Opposite Parties. The above amount has to be paid by the Opposite Parties within 60 days from the date of receipt of this order failing which the entire amount shall carry interest at the rate of 9% (nine percent) per annum thereafter.

            Accordingly, the case of the complainant is settled amicably. 

            The order is pronounced in the open Lok Adalat today on 12th November 2016 under the signature and seal of this Forum. Copy of order be supplied to the parties free of costs. Copy of the order be sent to server
