The present complaint is filed in the name of Sudatt A. Chopdekar, the machine was purchased in the name of Classic Dot Com and the correspondence produced by the Complainant with the OP is made from the email of Classic Computer Services, the present complaint filed by the Complainant in his personal capacity is not maintainable as the Complainant is not a consumer of the OP.

Considering the above observation, we are of the opinion that the complaint is not maintainable and the preliminary objections raised by the OPs are upheld and the complaint is dismissed with no order as to the costs.
