Order No. 12  Dt. 03.02.2017

           Case record is put up today with one money receipt signed by the J.dr. and by the decree holder stating that the decretal amount as claimed by the decree holder paid up today by the J.dr. and the D.hr is satisfied with the decretal amount with interest and D.hr and J.dr signed in the said money receipt.  D.hr received Rs.17000/- and the said D.hr, Bubai Basak put his signature in the said money receipt and the signature is identified by the Ld.Advocate.

Ld. Advocate for the J.dr is also present in the Court Room and he made a prayer for recalling the W.P.A.

Heard when the decretal amount is paid by the J.dr. and the execution case is disposed off.

The warrant which was issued vide Memo No. 15/DCF(M) dt. 23.11.2016 be recalled.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the Police Officer. Recall W.P.A.
