Complainant is present. 
The case is taken up fr Admission Hearing.
We have gone through the petition alongwith documentsannexed with te petition filed by the complainant. We find keeping an eye to the decision of the Hon’ble Supreme Court passed in General Manager, Telecom Vs. M. Krishnan and another - (2009) 8 Sec 481 adn judgement passed in RP no. 1703 of 2010 of the Hon’ble National Commission, this Forum is not in a position to entertain the matter.
In view of the above case, the case is rejected.
Thus, the complaint is liberty to agitate the issue before the appropriate Forum on the same self cause of action.
The case is disposed of accordingly.
Plain copy of the order be supplied to the complainant free of cost.
