                     Complainant filed reply of application of the opposite parties for dismissal of the complaint for want of jurisdiction and maintainability. Copy given to counsel for the opposite parties.

                    The complainant made separate statement that inadvertently the complaint is filed in name of wrong person without authorization. The complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh complaint in name of competent person on same cause of action. 

            In view of above statement the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh complaint on same cause of action in name of competent person. Copy of order be given Dasti. File be consigned to record.
