ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. Complaint is allowed against O.P.3. O.P.3 is directed to pay Rs.5,500/- to the complainant with interest at the rate of 12% p.a. from 24.01.1997 till the date of pyament together with Rs.500/- towards costs of the complaint. The amount shall be paid within 2 months. Complaint is dismissed against O.P.1 and 2 without cost. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both parties under C.O.P.
