No step is taken by the complainant who is found absent on repeated call.

No step is also taken by O.P.s

It appears from the record that earlier the complaint was dismissed for default on 12-07-2022 as the complainant was repeatedly absent from taking any step in this case and thereafter on the prayer of the complainant the Commission restored the case to its original file and number on 25-07-2022 and fixed the case on 05-09-2022 with the direction that the complainant must take steps of day to day hearing. But on 05-09-2022 no step was taken by the complainant and the case was fixed today and this day also the complainant did not turn up.

The Commission thinks that the complainant is not interested to proceed with the case and

                                            hence it is ordered………..

that the case is dismissed  for default for non-prosecution.
