ORDER

Complaint presented today. It is checked and registered. Learned counsel for the complainant tendered a statement before this Commission that there are some technical defects in the present complaint and he wants to file a fresh complaint after rectifying the defects on the same cause of action and requested for permission for filing the same.

                  In view of the statement tendered by the counsel of the complainant counsel, the present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. However, the permission is granted to file a fresh complaint on same cause of action after rectifying the defects in it.  Copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of cost. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
