After the intervention of the Bench, OP agreed to pay a sum of Rs. 7,000/- as compensation towards full and final settlement along with the NOC for which complainant has also given his consent.

The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
