Today is fixed for admission hearing as a last chance.

Complainant is absent without any step. 

It is now 12-15 P.M. on repeated calls neither the Complainant nor his advocate is found present.

It appears from the record that on the previous date this Complainant was also found absent without any step.  Ld. Advocate for the Complainant also did not take step on the previous date.

In view of the above facts & circumstances we sufficient reason to believe that this Complainant has lost his interest to proceed with this case / Complaint.

In view of the circumstances this Complaint / Case is liable to be dismissed.

Hence, it is

                                                                       Ordered

That the Complaint Case No.14 of 2016 be and same is hereby dismissed for default but without cost.
