An affidavit dated 31.08.2021 has been filed on record on 10.03.2022, duly sworn by the complainant , stating that he has amicably settled the dispute with the OP and he has received the NOC of the vehicle in dispute. There is no grievance against the OP Bank left, and therefore, the complaint be disposed off.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
