Complaint taken up in second National Lok Adalat held today on 08.04.17.

 

          In view of joint statement of Shri Om Prakash Batra, AR/Father of the complainant and Shri Dewashish Kumar, AR of the opposite party dated 07.04.17, the opposite party is directed to pay a sum of Rs.6,411/- to the complainant within ten days from 07.04.17 as full and final settlement. In default of payment in time the opposite party shall pay interest @9% per annum from today till actual realization of the amount.

Copy of the order be given dasti free of cost.
