COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Today the case was fixed for filing evidence of the parties. Perusal of the case file reveals that on 27.03.2017, counsel for the Op sought time for filing written statement and the case was fixed for 07.04.2017 but on that day i.e. 27.03.2017, none appeared on behalf of the complainant also. On 07.04.2017, written statement was filed by the counsel for the OP but the complainant has also not appeared and the case was fixed for today i.e. 24.04.2017 for filing evidence of the parties. Case called several times since morning. It is already 4 PM. But today again none has appeared on behalf of the complainant and no evidence on her behalf has been filed. It seems that the complainant is not interested to peruse her present complaint. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default.

A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
