                  Fresh power of attorney on behalf of the opposite party No.1 filed. From the record, it is surfaced that a notice was sent to the complainant Rajwinder Kaur as regular counsel for the complainant had withdrawn his power of attorney and pleaded no instructions. As per the report of the ahlmed, complainant has refused to accept the summon. As such, it is presumed that complainant is not interested in pursuing the present complaint and same is hereby ordered to be dismissed in default for want of prosecution.
